Holiday Change Over - Occupancy of the flat is arranged prior to change over. Please contact Sue or Bob to confirm admission times available. Vacating the flat is appreciated by 11 am on the day of departure or by prior arrangement if a later time is required. This will be subject to availability.

Cancellation - Deposits are non-refundable.

Cleaning - The flat is cleaned after every use and again prior to occupancy. It would be appreciated if you could leave the flat in reasonable condition at the end of your stay. Cleaning materials are kept under the sink in the kitchen should you need them during your stay.

Breakages & Damages - Please report any breakages or damages during your stay as soon as possible to Sue or Bob. Any broken or damaged items may be charged for.

Pets - Dogs and other pets are welcome; however there are a few conditions which must be noted.

Pets - must be kept under control at all times whilst on the property. You should not assume that if the garden is described as enclosed, it necessarily means that it is escape proof!

Pets - Any fouling must be cleared up without delay. Owners are expected to provide their own Doggy Bags.

Pets - Ideally owners should bring their own animal's bed/basket for their pet to sleep in.

Pets - No animals to be left alone in the property under any circumstances.

Pets - Please keep animals off all furniture (i.e. beds & chairs.)

Pets - If your pet is liable to great hair loss it would be appreciated if you could clear this up as much as possible before departure.

Please note - If you are allergic to any animals. Although the flat is cleaned thoughly after each occupancy it may not be possible to remove every animal hair.
